About Us

East Heights Temple is a community development project by Noire Developments, aimed at bringing new life to the East Temple/Crestview District, a historically significant neighborhood located in the 76501 area. The development will focus on creating a modern definition of home, while preserving the neighborhood's traditions and values of community and family. Through this project, East Heights Temple seeks to revitalize the area and maintain its historical significance.

We are excited to offer a 7-acre townhome development as part of a larger 35-acre mixed-use project. Our development will feature modern townhomes, with ample green space and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. The larger project will also include a grocery store, pharmacy, and a variety of retail and commercial spaces for added convenience. We are committed to creating a vibrant and inclusive community that offers something for everyone. We believe that this project will be worth the wait, and we look forward to welcoming you to our community soon.

Meet the Team

Noire Developments

Kayla, daughter of pastors Beamon and a licensed real estate agent, and Morghan, a native to central Texas with a passion for spreading financial literacy, make up a young and passionate duo who love real estate. When asked to be part of the historical development, they were ecstatic. This all-women led team is dedicated to serving others and giving back to their community, and they are excited to bring their expertise and passion to this project.

A New Day Fellowship

Pastors Robert and Teresa Beamon are a beacon of their community, dedicating their lives to serving others. With over 50 years of ties to the community, they have witnessed the deterioration of the east side of Temple. As a landowner for over 20 years, Pastors Beamon saw an opportunity to reshape the narrative of their community, and have taken it upon themselves to lead the way in revitalizing and improving the neighborhood.
